Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures and conditions under which you can request a refund or cancel your bookings made via PackMyTrip.

  • Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure. After this period, a cancellation fee may apply.
  • If your flight or hotel booking is canceled by the airline or hotel, you will be entitled to a full refund or an alternative booking, as per the service provider's policy.
  • No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the trip, including but not limited to missed flights or hotel stays.
  • If you request a refund, the processing time can take up to 15 business days, depending on the payment method used.
